Baltimore Woods Nature Center fosters enduring stewardship of our natural world by offering immersive programs and a place in Central New York for everyone to cultivate appreciation and personal connections to nature through environmental education, recreation, play, and research.
Baltimore Woods’ Nature in the City program brings authentic, hands-on/minds-on natural science learning to K-5th grade urban school children. In partnership with the Syracuse City School District, this award-winning program continues to connect students to nature in their community.
This fund was established to ensure the organization has a permanent source of income to support this program.
